Overcoming depression and business loss to rebuild a garment business.
Background
A 52-year-old garment business owner faced sleep disturbance, hopelessness, and emotional outbursts following a gradual loss in his business. The growing financial stress led to severe anxiety and frequent family conflicts.
Intervention
Referred by a patient from our weekly clinic, he received a mix of family counselling and prescribed medications. We focused on holistic support to help him regain his mental strength and address the root causes of his stress.
Outcome
He has now shown improved self-care and sleep patterns. With his wife's support, he has resumed his household chores and manages his garment business independently once again.
